My names Darcy and I’m a 19 year old web application developer from the beautiful (but quiet) city of Perth, Western Australia.

Currently I’m a student at the lovely University of Western Australia working towards my BCompSci in the School of Computer Science & Software Engineering. I’m also contracting on a part time basis for Brown Beagle Software.

When I’m not working or at uni (which is most of the time), I’m usually working on any number of projects and writing lots of open source code.

I’m an active participant in our local ruby on rails usergroup and I’m also one of the organisers of the annual Rails Rumble programming competition for ruby-based web developers.
